Mathematics never cease to surprise me. Just when you think you've understood a concept to the point where it feels like a redundant rule of rigour, you inevitably stumble upon an entirely new point of view. I have always found a strange attraction to this dynamic. While it is a discipline governed by strict rules and absolute logic, mathematics constantly reveal hidden layers of creativity as you delve deeper into a problem.
In my studies at EPFL, I have specialised my interests towards machine learning, applying the OOP theory from computing classes to build neural networks from first principles. This has allowed me to get hands-on with the maths algorithms that hide behind today's seemingly magical AI models.
Outside of my studies and research, I enjoy improving my talent in music production as well as my lack of talent in long distance running :)
